Palak Paneer

500 gms boiled spinach (minced)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
150 gms desi ghee
1 tbsp green chilli paste
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp green cardamom powder
1 bay leaf
100 gms cottage cheese cubes (fried)
100 gms cottage cheese (grated)
Fresh cream

Method:
Heat the ghee in a kadai and sauté the garlic ginger paste till it becomes golden brown. Add all the spices and boil for 30 seconds. Add the minced spinach and cook for 25 minutes. Add grated cottage cheese and cook for 10 minutes more. At the end add fried cottage cheese and fresh cream. Serve hot.

    Palak Paneer.. yumm……. thats my favourtie dish.. but seriously speaking, i am tooooo lazy to cook it.. Well luckily for me, i am in NJ in Jersey city where there are lots of indian restaurants and grocery stores.. I would recommend other ppl (who r lazy in cooking) to try out Deep’s frozen Palak Paneer.. it just delicious. beware.. there are many frozen palak paneer, but be sure to take one from Deep (Comapny’s name)..

    hmm.. i think i need to grab one in a day or two.. 🙂
