First anniversary of the Mumbai serial bomb blasts on commuter trains which killed 187 people and wounded more than 700 others. But the message was send loud and clear to the terrorists that mumbaikers are not scared of anything. Mumbai is the city which never goes to sleep, it’s on its toes 24/7.
