Finally! We had a very hot and humid weekend. So went out to see Taj Mahal made especially for “A festival of India in London”. Taj Mahal was first placed on the Thames river and now it is at Trafalgar Square. It looks good, but not very impressive. I mean it’s very creamish and brownish in colour, whereas it should have been milky white.

Anyway, its good to see Taj Mahal (India & Indian) rule London.

If your skin on back is dry and pigmented:
Smooth back: Mix besan (gram flour), curd and lemon juice.
Apply it on your back daily. After 20 minutes, scrub the paste off with a long-handled loofah, and rinse.
Blemish-free back: Mix equal quantities of lemon juice and cucumber juice.
Apply it on the dark patches every day. Rinse after 20 minutes.

I am bloody pissed off with this London weather, no sunshine this year. It’s just raining cats & dogs and when it’s not raining …….its not weekend. Bloody sick of it!!! From last, I don’t know how many weekends we are planning to go out and to river Thames to see that Taj Mahal on it, but no luck.
Hoping to go this Saturday or Sunday, weather forecast says it’s going to be 27°C. Fingers Crossed!!!

Remedy to lighten or to get rid of dark patches (melasma) on face that developed after pregnancy.
Apply a sunscreen (SPF 20) before going out in the sun.
Use this home remedy to lighten the dark patches:
Mix a little rice powder with curd, and apply it on the affected area daily.
Twice a week: Mix 2 tsps oatmeal, one tsp dry ground lemon or orange peel, one tsp honey and two tsps curd.
Apply the paste on your face, and rinse after 30 minutes.

Bet ya! You must have never seen a cow trained in the martial arts.
“Kung Pow: Enter the Fist” is a movie within a movie, created to spoof the martial arts genre. Writer/director Steve Oedekerk uses contemporary characters and splices them into a 1970s kung-fu film, weaving the new and old together. As the main character, The Chosen One, Oedekerk sets off to avenge the deaths of his parents at the hands of kung-fu legend Master Pain. Along the way, he encounters some strange characters, one of which is a cow trained in the martial arts.
Its lovely……
