They are perfect and tasty.

For covering
1½ cups whole wheat flour (atta)
Salt to taste
4 tbsps oil + to deep fry
For stuffing
½ cup split green gram (dhuli moong dal), soaked
2 tbsps oil
A pinch asafoetida
1 inch piece ginger, chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsps red chilli powder
1 tsp dry mango powder (amchur)

Take whole wheat flour in a bowl.  Add salt, four tbsps of oil and mix.  Add sufficient water and knead into a medium soft dough.
Boil the moong dal in half cup of water till just cooked and dry.  Mash lightly.
Heat two tbsps of oil in a kadai.  Add asafoetida, ginger, green chillies, moong dal, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, amchur, salt and mix. Sauté for few minutes.
Remove from heat and transfer the mixture into a bowl and mash slightly.
Divide the dough into even sized balls.  Roll them slightly, put the stuffing and gather the edges to seal.  Roll into a ball again and flatten slightly. Roll as for puris with hand or rolling pin.
Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and fry the kachoris till light golden.  Drain and place on absorbent paper.
Serve hot.

A Hindu state school is to be built in north London in Borough of Harrow.

A spokesman for leading Hindu charity the I-Foundation said that the school would cost around £10m to build and is expected to open its doors to its first pupils in September next year.

Sited on Camrose Avenue, Edgware, the 236-place, one-form-of-entry primary school is at the heart of the highest concentration of Hindus in the UK, with around a third of local residents of the Hindu faith.

I-Foundation Director Nitesh Gor said:

This is an incredibly exciting moment for the UK’s Hindu community. It is the first time the choice of a faith-based education will be extended to Hindus alongside Christians, Muslims, Jews and Sikhs.

School’s name is “Krishna-Avanti Primary School”.

Look at these rich people, they have everything fame, name and money, but they still can’t eat food reason – if they eat big portion of food or stomach full of food they will grow out of their size zero dress. And may be they will be thrown out of Hollywood industry.

Soon Angelina Jolie will be seen virtually naked in her latest film “Beowulf” emerging from a lake, dripping gold liquid.

In her transformation for the role, the actress appears to have regained her famous knock-out curves, perhaps with a little digital assistance.

Filmed in a photo-realistic animation style, the release has been described by the Los Angeles Times as a “hyper violent and highly sexualized tale”.

In the film Jolie plays the mother of Grendel the monster, who is the father of all evil from Anglo-Saxon mythology.

She stars alongside British actors Ray Winston, who plays her evil son, and Sir Anthony Hopkins who plays King Hrothgar.
