Yeah! She is Prince Harry’s party-loving girlfriend Chelsy Davy – 21, and she is often seen in this state (totally drunk and sunk). She was pictured in various flirtatious poses over the course of the night, often with drink in hand. But by the end of the evening in Cape Town, she was looking decidedly bleary-eyed, and somewhat the worse for wear.
