{"id":72,"date":"2007-08-23T07:13:56","date_gmt":"2007-08-23T14:13:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sheetalsethi.com\/blog\/veg-recipes\/aloo-paneer-rolls\/"},"modified":"2007-08-23T07:13:56","modified_gmt":"2007-08-23T14:13:56","slug":"aloo-paneer-rolls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.sheetalsethi.com\/blog\/recipes\/aloo-paneer-rolls\/","title":{"rendered":"Aloo Paneer Rolls"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>They taste delicious, I have tried them. <\/p>\n<p>2 large potatoes<br \/>200 gms cottage cheese (paneer), grated<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sheetalsethi.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/08\/aloopaneer.jpg\" align=\"right\"> <br \/>1 tbsp raisins (kishmish)<br \/>1 tbsp oil + to deep-fry<br \/>1 medium onion, chopped <br \/>\u00bd tbsp crushed red chillies<br \/>3-4 green chillies, chopped<br \/>4 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves<br \/>1 tsp garam masala powder<br \/>Salt to taste<br \/>4 tbsps refined flour (maida)<br \/>\u00bd cup milk<br \/>1 cup breadcrumbs<\/p>\n<p>Boil and mash the potatoes (make sure that you don\u2019t put boiled potatoes in cold water for cooling. Excess moisture will not dry easily and handling mashed potato will become slightly difficult). Soak raisins in warm water for some time before use. <br \/>Heat one tbsp oil in a frying pan and saut\u00e9 chopped onion till translucent.<br \/>Mix together paneer, potatoes, crushed red chillies, fried onion, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, garam masala powder, salt and raisins. <br \/>Make cylindrical-shaped croquettes. <br \/>Roll croquettes in seasoned refined flour, then dip in milk and roll in the breadcrumbs. Keep the aloo paneer croquettes in the fridge for an hour or more.<br \/>Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry rolls till golden brown.
