The pair was nabbed after someone complained, and subsequently charged with filming people without their permission. <\/p>\n<p>For their part, the subterranean voyeurs say on <em>Geen Stijl<\/em> that the female subjects knew they were being recorded, and further claim the exercise was simply to &#8220;see whether the local council had done anything about the transparent ceiling after the issue was brought to their attention several months before&#8221;. <\/p>\n<p>According to Dutch news agency ANP, the maximum penalty for unauthorised upskirt vigilante blogging is two months prison.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>So what do you think, is it fair to take such pictures and post them in your blog.
